Located in the Kierland Commons, this 9 story high‐rise contains 54 of some of the most prestigious condominiums in Scottsdale. With over 2mil in floor covering selections, combined with the demanding and meticulous owners, the Kierland Tower Lofts project is an impressive achievement.
MONTELUCIA RESORT & SPA
The Montelucia is a brand new, premier luxury spa destination in Paradise Valley. From the lodge and arrival zone, to the restaurants and ball rooms, to the presidential suites and guestrooms, we completed this project in a matter of months, and exceeded all expectations in the process. With over 3mil in floor covering and countertops, the Montelucia is a prime example of our capability as a flooring contractor.
